One of the many joys of living the middle of a thriving University community is you never know what you might happened upon.
Dad and I were taking our dog for a walk one Sunday afternoon, when a friendly South African artist beckoned us in to see her pop up exhibition inside of the the Observatory Department’s domes.
We tied Jura to the leg of the table by the door and stepped inside this immersive experience.
“Wendy Bell is a Conceptual Artist and PhD Candidate at the University of Dundee.
The repetitive processes of breath form patterns in continuum, patterns that float unseen in the ambient atmosphere, like oceanic waves creating universal patterns of crests and troughs.
Wendy's free exhibition, a unique blending of Physics and Art, considers breath as patterned sound and presents an unforgettable exhibition experience.”
